Healthy Food

When I bought this fish, I aimed to cook gulai ikan. "Gulai", a spicy Indonesian dish with thick coconut milk. Hmmm… how many times in the week I cooked using coconut milk? How many calories that would be?
Then.. I cooked the fish for our brunch in a different way. Brunch? Yes, too late for breakfast and too early for lunch
(It was weekend, my friend!
).I fried the fish with small amount of oil, then set it aside. Stir-fried the spice. Spice ingredients are minced garlic, some chunks of chili, onion leaf, two thin slices galangal, lemon grass, and very small amount of coconut milk
. Then stir-fried the fish together with the spice, let the fish absorbed the spice. Ooops! Did I mention salt? Haha, don’t ya ever forget salt when you cook
.

The fish is followed by salad from asparagus and thin slices of carrot. Ouw, picture of the dressing is below. Hmmm.. delicious dressing.

It will be more healthy if we closed the brunch with fruits, and we chose kiwi
. For drink, I chose sweet sour apple tea … . This is one of my favorite tea.
Do you guys think also about healthy food?
