Lontong Cap Gomeh

Musim Panas, jarang masak yg bersantan-santan. Tapi kangen jg :) . Akhirnya bikin Lontong Cap Gomeh.

Hm.. walaupun ga punya daun pisang, tetap niat bikin lontong, dong. Beras dimasak sampe setengah mateng, terus ditaruh diatas alu foil, terus digulung, kemudian direbus pake panci presto. Hasilnya ga mengecewakan :) .

Terus bikin sayur lodeh. Yg dilodeh, terong, kacang tolo, dan pake lombok ijo. O iya, aku kalo bikin lodeh pake cardamon lho, bumbunya. Menurut aku jadi tambah enak. Sayang tempe udah abis, jadi ga bisa dicampur ke lodehnya.

Sambel goreng ati kentang, aku tambahin buncis, ya biar lebih bergizi, maksudku :) . Biar banyak unsur sayurannya. Terus bikin opor ayam juga. Jadi lengkaplah, Lontong Cap Gomeh :) . Eh belum lengkap ding, belum ada bubuk kedelai nya. Ntar ya, kalo bikin yg lengkap, kufoto lagi :) .

Bakso Sapi

These are what my husband made about one week ago. We cooked together that day. I cooked the Soup and the Mie Ayam while he blended the meat and other ingredients to make these Bakso. Bakso together with Mie ayam or with any kind of soup are perfect combinations. You can also mixed ’em with Mie Goreng or Nasi Goreng.

Dictionary : Bakso = Meat Ball, Sapi = Cow, Bakso Sapi = Meat ball made of Cow Meat, Mie =Noodle, Goreng = to fry, adj: fried, Mie Goreng = Fried Noodle, Ayam = Chicken, Nasi = Rice
